Someone's gettin Married!!!!

Sooooo My sister is getting married!!!! Oh yay!!!! I found this news out the day I got four of my impacted wisdom teeth surgically yanked from my cranium, so i think I'll always remember it! :p So how did he propose? What does the ring look like? Well as for the first question- Ben (My sis's fiance), Kim (my other sis), and I plotted in secrecy using stealth and really nice camera's to make the proposal pretty sweet. His family and mine went into the wilderness (my cabin) to bond and get to know each other and up there are some pretty trails so kim and I had stealthily put a green journal, pink roses, and random white stuffed dog on a stone bench. Hours later Katie and Ben went on a walk and she was like "Oh what is that?" And so they went over there and she opened the green journal and inside was a poem written by Ben asking her to marry him. AWWW, and whilst all this commotion was commotioning His dad, Kim, and I were trying to quietly follow them without being seen, taking pictures the whole time. The quietly part was kinda a fail because we were on gravel and gravel is really hard to tread silently upon. And ya! As for the second question here's a picture:
So have you gone wedding dress shopping yet? Um, oh yah!!! We went two days ago all day!!!! I was so tired by the end of it and I had been sitting down the entire time. It was really funny because we went to a bunch of stores for like three hours each and we kinda found one but then we went back to the first store and there it was. My mom cried, Katie cried, I yawned.
Oh yes, And after that we went to the BYU broadcasting center and were apart of the studio audience for StarBiz. David Osmund was there and he was pretty funny although he's no David Archeletu. My sis, Kim is apart of the show (it's a singer/songwriter competition) and she did amazing!!!!! And yah, that is all.

The End

So last night I saw the final Harry Potter. I cried, I laughed, I was confused, I was angry, I was anxious. It was a rainbow of colorful emotions and it's now over. The series that told the story of our generation has come to a close. With this final movie we have read the last The End.

On things that aren't so melancholy... I got my wisdom teeth out! It was fairly painful and I have a bruise on the side of my face the size of Manhattan. Also I can't swallow pills so I have to take baby motrone. Baby motrone doesn't have the same painkilling effect on a sixteen year old as it has on babies. But the little sippy cup measurement thing is pretty sweet. And the only weird thing that happened to me through the whole being put under laughing gas and shooting sleepy stuff through my veins was that I had a daydream about a half of a sandwich that was having an affair with another half sandwich and the aforementioned half of the half sandwich was like "don't leave your my other half!" Yep, that's what legal drugs can do to you, well, and illegal. But anyways.....

Skyscraper

I love Demi Lovato's new song skyscraper, and I love her music video. She has defiantly gone through a ton this past year and she is so brave to share it with the world.

Don't you wish you could bake like me?

So this week has been a explosion of baking! And when I say explosion I mean it literally. My kitchen looks like it was snowing flour. I've made an interesting looking brownie ice cream cake. I just made two pans of brownies, cut them into circles, and put them on top of one another with vanilla ice cream sandwiched in there. I also made some cup cakes yesterday. They were really good, although I sort of forgot about the second batch. The second batch was a little too crispy for my taste.

Among other things, I CANNOT believe Harry Potter is ending tonight!!! I remember when it first came out! It's just weird because my generation has grown up with Harry Potter being the thing we all know and love and now it's ending. Tears.

Apparently you DON'T need that much salt in pancakes....

I must say I am so sick of blogging (as I blog). The other blog that I'm doing, I've been going on almost nine hours, typing away. Sigh, it's really starting to bore. Anyways, i got my toenails done again! :) My friend does them for me and she kept laughing about how I preserved the paint for a month, the last time she did them. Now they are a light cream purple, with black stripes, and dark purple dots. So pretty! And that brings me to another exciting adventure I had with this friend. So, the movie theater. They have over priced munchies and so we don't like to buy stuff there because of that. So like 2 weeks ago when we saw Cars 2, my friend, lets call her Michelle, got ice cream from a local cookie/ice cream place, but wait you can't take ice cream into movies. Well, we did anyways. We asked for a water cup, dumped the water out, and then put the ice cream in. But this week (we were seeing Monte Carlo) I got ice cream too and we didn't want any of there over priced fat calories, so we couldn't ask for water cups. I pondered aloud how this dilemma was to be solved when the really nice girl at the ice cream counter offered to help. She put cups over the ice cream, so it would be completely sealed and then gave us a brown paper bag. We then went to Michele's car and dug out an old purse, stretched it to it's fullest potential for six minutes, then finally fit it in. We happily ate ice cream during the movie and laughed, hee hee (which was the best part of the movie).
Speaking of ice cream, this morning I made home made pancakes and the recipe said to put in a teaspoon of salt. The recipe lied! It tasted like pancake french fries. Yicky. So when life tells you to add salt, and you think that it might be incorrect, just don't add the salt. It makes your nectarine taste weird.
Your's unofficially,

SO MUCH TO DO

There is so much to do this summer! I have to work for my parents, which is not very fun, let me tell you. I think my hands might become permanently soggy from all the dishes I have to do. I also have to sign up for summer french, get a head start on all my AP classes, drive for 40 hours (Which I'm terrified of because I almost killed someone yesterday!), hang out with people I like and finish personal progress. sigh, as it is I've been having to spend lots of time on my new blog- http://a-good-choice-lds-entertainment.blogspot.com - so I can check it off my list of stuff I need to do before this month is over. ERG, how am i suppose to do all of this in a month? And I thought summer would be my well deserved break. It frightens me on how wrong I've been about stuff latley, but oh well. I am still alive and I still dislike cows.

Ooh and this is the cover for the book I am most looking forward to in either October or November :)

Just Saying

So a couple weeks ago I went on a cruise to Alaska. It was long and boring, and i gained like seven pounds. The cruise went a week long and guess what? We saw lots of water, and my parents got so excited that we went up higher on the ship to see MORE WATER. And we even had a little window so we could see-you guessed it-more water. I am really not a ship person.

Last week was girls camp. It was pretty good, I read two books and scared an old man with my friend. We got great food! Tin foil dinners, packaged cookie dough balls from Costco, Pizza, Nutter butters, Hamburgers, and Costa Vita. Everyone feasted on that Costa Vita pork, let me tell you. Even those who are allergic to it. That really was not the brightest thing to do, for in the middle of the night this person threw up on my partner in scaring random people, and it smelt badly. One girl in the tent, the moment she heard the gagging, jumped up in her sleeping bag and booked it (or rather hobbled it) out of the tent and slept under the stars. The sick girl and the girl whose sleeping bag was then sick went home and it was like 2 30 at night. My Co-YCl and I had to sleep in that tent and it did not smell quite refreshing. The moral of this story is, if your allergic to something and you see it at girls camp. Just don't do it. Just don't.
